Q.  How long will it be before my product ships?

A.  Most of our manufacturers ship items within 3 business days.

Q.  Can I return the product I ordered?

A.  Yes, please contact customer service at sales@heatedbathroom.com or 877.841.8333 to find out how to process your return.   In most cases, there is a 25% restocking fee for returns.  Please see our policies page for a complete list of our return policies.
